You may register with an email address and magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You retain responsibility for content created in Taskonio. Work may be visible to other members of the same organization according to workspace permissions.

Intellectual property

Taskonio and its licensors retain rights to the service, software, brand, and supporting materials. Customer names or logos are used for promotion only with the applicable permission or agreement.

Privacy

Taskonio may process account, profile, organization, product-usage, and support information to provide and improve the service. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights can be sent to contact@taskonio.com.

Subprocessors

Service providers may support hosting, analytics, communications, and AI functionality. Their access is limited to what is necessary to provide those services and is governed by appropriate agreements.
