Migration

Export a board as CSV from a Premium workspace, or export JSON and convert the task data to CSV first. Use Taskonio's guided CSV mapping for supported fields. Treat this as a task migration, not a one-click transfer of the entire Trello workspace.

Map card names, descriptions, owners, dates, and suitable labels or list values to supported Taskonio fields. Test a small import first.
Trello's regular CSV export excludes comments and archived cards. Keep a separate archive and check whether archived work is needed before importing.
Review checklists, linked cards, custom fields, and mirrored cards before deciding which become items, sub-items, or reference context.
Save required attachments separately and document automation rules and Power-Ups. Those behaviors do not transfer through CSV.
